Ensuite Room in Friendly Flat ~Brixton/Camberwell

Our flatmate has jumped ship to move in with his girlfriend, so we're looking for a friendly face to move into our flat.

The Room:

The room is a very large double, with a nice ensuite and lots of storage. It's full of natural light and comes with all the usual furniture.

The Flat:

The flat is v well located between Brixton and Camberwell, on Coldharbour Lane. It's an easy walk to the Victoria line or down into Camberwell and Denmark Hill for the overline or 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction. You can easily get into central in 15 mins. And King's Hospital is on the doorstep. The 35/45/345 also stop a minute away.

The living area/kitchen is v modern. Lots of space if we're all cooking together but still homely. In terms of work from home, we're both in the office everyday (with the occasional day in the flat), so it's peaceful for working times.

The area itself is full of great pubs/bars/restaurants. Brixton has all the nightlife you need and Camberwell offers a bit of a chiller atmosphere but still lots of going on.

Flatmates:

We're two guys, both from Liverpool but have been in London for 2 years. We both have our own networks of friends in the city but also like to go out together and chill out in the flat. Ideally you'd be someone in a similar position.

We're often down for a pint or two after work or planning a gig/festival/trip. We keep the flat tidy and clean, but might have a pre-drinks or dinner party on the odd weekend, too.

Logistics:

The room is on for £1,000 + all bills which come to £90 (we locked in our gas/elec prices so they won't go up for the next year!). For couples, it'd be £1,100 + bills.

Move in date is 24th Feb.
