We have a beautiful maisonette in an amazing quiet and safe, but really central location. We're one minute walk from Lambeth North tube and 8 minutes walk from Waterloo, next to Morley College (all sorts of evening and weekend classes from music to pottery) and the Imperial War Museum (big park with tennis courts, football etc), and walkable to The Tate, Westminster, Southbank, Covent Garden, etc.

We’re a couple in our 30's with a small dog and a 2 year old boy, looking for a flatmate as our recent flatmate of one year has moved to Dubai for work. We've had three flatmates over the last four years.

We're pretty chilled and easy to live with, not great cooks but we try, we like art, Netflix, books, theatre, friends. We like a drink but we're too old for constant house parties - been there done that - sorry. The dog (Boston Terrier), Como, is very friendly, but will sleep on your bed if you leave the door open wide. Leo, the 2 year old, is really fun and a great sleeper, but he does wake up at 7am and is often around during the day. Leo loves playing football and Como loves fetching balls. Offers of babysitting and dog walking always welcome, but definitely not required.

It's a spacious furnished double room (bigger than it looks in the photo) with lots of storage (double wardrobe and chest of drawers), nice art on the walls, big window, and a rainforest shower/bath which is mostly only used by you as we have an ensuite. One monthly bill which includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, fortnightly cleaning and consumables including dishwasher tablets and loo roll etc, saving you approximately £200-250. Would consider weekday only, or seven days.
