Beautiful double in central london

Hi there!

I have a spacious double room available in a beautiful and homely split level flat in zone 1 central London.

One of the best things about this flat is its location
- 4 min walk to Lambeth North underground (bakerloo line)
- 10 min walk to Waterloo (bakerloo, northern and jubilee lines along with national rail services)
- 9 min walk to Westminster (district and circle)
- direct buses to Victoria and Oxford Circus
All of these makes for a very easy commute as well as a perfect spot for a night out; Southbank is only 5 minutes away. It also makes for some gorgeous walks around a currently surprisingly quiet central London. The local area of Lower Marsh is friendly and lively with a bar on every corner (perfect for that long awaited first pint post lockdown!), as well as food shops and cute cafes.

The room is unfurnished however the rest of the flat is equipped with everything including a large sofa and kitchen table for you to make yourself at home at. The current tenancy is until Feb 2021 however the landlords have allowed us to extend before so should be flexible when it comes to contract extensions.

Both Sophie and I are nurses. Sophie works in ITU. We are happy to consider anyone but key workers may be preferable. Tidiness is essential, a love of romcoms, wine and pasta dishes is welcome.

I hope that whoever lives here enjoys it as much as I have - if I weren’t moving in with my boyfriend then I’d happily stay here much longer.
