Double room in best location - lively/ connected

Hi all!

I'm renting my lovely room from 22/07/21 for 1 up to 4 months. The move-in date is very flexible. Bills are included.

The bedroom is a large double room with a window facing the Shard. You will have a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a night table, an office stand-up desk, an office chair (perfect for working from home), and a massive mirror.

In the shared living room, you will find the kitchen, a fridge, and all the appliances on one side. On the other side, a dining table, a couch, and a TV on the other side. There is also a bookshelf! I think what really sells this flat is its balcony and view of the Shard. It's very nice not having any building in front obstructing the breathing space and view.

The bathroom is shared but has a bathtub and separate shower, so it is quite big!

The flat is in a building with a 24/7 reception, so very handy for professionals. It also has a communal terrace!!
It located very centrally and next to Lambeth North station. It is 8 mins walking to Waterloo and 11 mins walking to Elephant & Castle.

Should you need to travel to work, the building has very good transport connections due to its location. Plenty of bus stops and tube lines available like Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern. The area is also very lively in terms of nightlife.
