I am looking for a female flatmate to share a flat in Central london. Available from August Double Room in 2bed flat with private bathroom & views of London Eye @The Perspective Building - 2 minutes of walking distance from Lambeth North Tube station, 7 mins walking distance from waterloo station, 10 mins walk to westminster bridge/ london eye/ big ben and a min walk from Lambeth North Bus station. Great location & great overall services within the building including concierge service (great for safety), parking & a garden. The room is a spacious double room with wardrobes, desk & chair, plus chest of drawers. The bathroom (private and right outside) is equipped with a tub and required amenities. The house is set to undergo renovations in July and you will be moving into a new fully equipped kitchen, new flooring & bathroom.
We will be sharing the living hall which includes a television with WiFi, a modern kitchen with white goods (fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave) and cutlery.
