Hi there,
I’m moving out of my room in this beautiful, well kept 3 bed flat in Lancaster Gate / Hyde Park. The room would be available in January and the tenancy would run until 24 Aug 2021.
A little bit about who you’ll be sharing with - Patricie (24) works in NPD as a Cosmetic Scientist and Daisy (22) is concluding her masters at UCL. Both girls are absolutely lovely, so chill, we do flat dinners every now and again and the flat is always kept super clean.
The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and lots of built in closet space as pictured. There is 1 bathroom with shower which 3 of us share and kitchen/dining area. The flat is on the 4th floor with no lift.
The flat is in an amazing location. There’s a cute coffee shop called Les Filles 30 seconds away. Waitrose, Tesco + Gyms are 10 min walk away in Queensway, 15 min walk to Westbourne Grove and we have an off license 30 seconds away too.
Lancaster Gate tube station - 6min walk
Paddington station - 5min walk
Hyde Park - 8min walk
