* So spacious and luxurious bathroom with separate shower cubical decorated with green marble tiles.
* Further modern shower room (Total 3 bathroom facilities)
* Washing Machine drier
There are so many things to say it is perhaps best to see.
Current flatmates, are French, Luxembourgian, Mexican, Spanish,...

This Central London location has the following transport links: Paddington Underground Station (Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines) Lancaster Gate Underground Station (Central Line) both are within 5-6 min walk.

The rent is exclusive of bills. (bills shared among the flatmates)

One week worth of rent is required as one off admin fee for referencing all admin works as well as the cost of the deposit protection.

3 months contract is available with £245 pw

£230 pw is for 6 months standard term.

At least 1 month worth of security deposit is required.
