We have one double bedroom available in our flat in the heart of Lancaster Gate/Bayswater, available from 10th September.

The flat is right next to Lancaster Gate tube station (Central line) - literally a 2-minute walk and super close to Hyde Park.
Amazing location in Zone 1: Oxford Circus is a 3-tube stop journey, Notting Hill (2 stops), Bank is just a 30 minutes tube ride from home.

<5 minutes walk to Paddington station. Perfect for quick travel to Heathrow with the Heathrow Express, or commuting/travelling outside the city.
20 minutes tube ride to St Pancras International 7 King’s Cross. Ideal for Eurostar travel into Europe.
20 minutes tube ride to Victoria Station; ideal for weekend getaways to the beach and south of England.

ABOUT THE ROOMS & THE FLAT
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a good storage area for items such as luggage in the balcony area.

BIG LIVING ROOM with a large dining table and two big sofas. There is also enough space to work from home if you need it.
LARGE AND FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN, equipped with fridge/refrigerator, hobs, microwave, oven, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of space to cook in the kitchen and eat dinner together in the living room, or in the balcony when the sun is up.
A BEAUTIFUL BALCONY is accessible via the kitchen and the living room and it's a great space to have a meal and get some sun.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with WC and sinks and the other with a shower and sink; great for the busy mornings.

Bills are not included in the rent and are generally around £60-£65 per month in total; including council tax, internet, electricity.

Bhanu, 32 years old, from India, and working as a Cyber Security consultant at Accenture.
I, Oscar, 33 years old, from Ecuador; working as a Consumer Insights Director at Kantar. I'm been offered an opportunity in Paris and will be moving there by mid-September.
