Our home has a rustic feel even though you are in the middle of london and is a lovely place to escape to at the end of a long working day. The room looks over our beautiful garden which catches the most magnificent afternoon light.

I am 35 yrs old, a yoga teacher, and spend most of my time in wiltshire with my partner and baby and come back to London once a week or so to see clients and catch up with my father. In my spare time in London I tend to climb at the westway climbing centre at the end of our road and then head back to the countryside so you won't see me very often.

The other occupant is my father. He is a friendly and spritely 73yr old, a musician who spends all of his time either playing music, making music or thinking about music. He is also a digital artist and usually works with both music and art from home during the day times between 10am-6pm. This means that whoever does comes to live here needs to have a good tolerance for reggae, Ska, old school R&B, straight up Blues, funk soul and occasionally disco.

We both like to paint and are all together quite a creative house hold. We occasionally have meals together but generally everyone just gets on with their own thing even more so now that I live mainly out of London.

The room is part furnished with a clothes rail and a bed but both these can be taken to storage if you prefer it unfurnished.

Ideally we are looking for an independent, friendly, 9/5 professional.
