We have a double bedroom available for rent in the Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove area (down the road from Portobello road). The room is available from now!

The bedroom is fully furnished, with plenty of cupboard space. There is a bathroom directly next to the room, which is shared with the other downstairs room, whilst the upstairs room has its own bathroom. There is a spacious livingroom shared with the other 4 flatmates, and separate kitchen. The other flatmates are 4 Australians. We all work long(ish) hours during the week and love to socialise over the weekends.

The flat is a spacious two floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a residential street. Bills are normally £65/ month including a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (though paused during covid times).

We are a 10 minute walk to cafes/pubs/shops on Portobello Road, 5 minutes walk to Latimer Road Station, 5 minutes walk to Tesco and 10-15 minutes walk to Westfield Shepherd Bush.
