Our time in the UK is unfortunately coming to an end and we are looking for another couple, or individual, who would be willing to take over from us in Latimer Road.

The flat
The flat is situated on the ground floor of a 3 story building. The flat comes fully furnished with a spacious double bedroom which has 2 and half double wardrobes mixed with hanging space, shelving and drawers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and dining necessities. There is a washing machine within the kitchen space.

The living room comes with a chase lounge which also can be used as a double sofa bed, as well as an extendedable dining table and chairs.

The backyard is a great size and ideal extra space when entertaining, a mix of decking and grassed areas, as well as a storage hut/garden shed.

The area
The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood just an 8 minute walk from Latimer Road tube station (Hammersmith & City line)
White City tube station (Central line) is a 15-20 minute walk away as well.
Both Portobello Road and White City Westfield are less than a 20 minute walk away.
Tesco express is 3 minutes away, whilst Sainsbury's at Kensal Rise is a 20 minute walk.
There is a large park with a walking/running path around it, as well as tennis courts, 5 a-side football pitches and a gym all within 5 minutes of the flat.
