It is also very close to local shops, farmers markets and major supermarkets as well as to Lea Bridge river and Walthamstow and Hackney marshes.

The current occupants are two professionals respectful, shill out and friendly.

The room is located on the first floor and it is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed and desk. The room is very bright with a fully working radiator connected to central heating.
