Quiet room in a chilled and friendly flat. You’d be sharing with three others, although one of our housemates is in Spain until April. I’m a musician, Rosa works in theatre and Jake is studying and works in a cafe. We don’t have a living room but the kitchen is pretty big and has a sofa and dining table and chairs, so there’s still a communal space to enjoy.
The flat is in a good location with a really nice pub opposite, an Aldi literally one minute away and a short walk from Lea Bridge station, as well as Walthamstow Marshes and Hackney Marshes. There’s also a big garden. The rent is £456 all bills included.
