We have a concierge for all the Asos packages that get delivered while we are out 😆

The area is green, near the river, very lively and has good transport links, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a massive living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and 2 balconies. All the furniture and items are brand new and designed to modern taste.

Room 2 which is the larger one with a double bed and main bathroom with the bath tub is available.

The bills are included ( water, broadband, CT) in the £1250 month (+ elec). The room is available to move in immediately. Happy to consider short term keys for the right person.

The room is best suited to someone who wants to live like an adult in a nice clean tidy vibrant organised and resourceful environment without having to pay adult prices.
