Lovely decent sized double room in a bright new build. The room is fully furnished with a big floor to ceiling window with views of the city. Next door, there is a family bathroom which you would have mostly sole use of (it's the only bathroom with a bath, so I use it on occasion but not often!).
The kitchen and living area is light and open plan, with a big sofa, extending dining table and balcony running the length of the room.
The balcony has fantastic views of the city and Canary Wharf. It has a sofa and table that sits four. The perfect place for a weekend brunch and sunset drink!
The flat has great transport links, being 1 minute walk from Lea Bridge Road station, which connects to Stratford (one stop) and Tottenham Hale (victoria line - one stop). Walthamstow, Hackney, Dalston and Stratford are all within a 15 minute cycle or a short bus ride.
The flats have plenty of bike parking.
You'll be living with me, a 30 year old teacher. Pretty chilled, up for socialising but respectful of your own space.
