A lovely single room to rent

A fantastic and spacious single room in East London is up to be rented! Room is fully furnished(can provide a TV if needed).
The house has 4 bedrooms. All other bedrooms are occupied by professionals. Smoke free. Three flatmates will share a bathroom. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. Shared large kitchen, living room, separate dining space and a lovely large garden. All of us are working most of the time so the house is quiet and clean, you should be as well. We (3 men)have lived here 3+ years.
We are looking for a quiet person. Keeping a clean and tidy house is essential and a cleaning rota will be made.

Rent includes all bills(internet, TV license, gas, electricity, council tax, water).
