Spacious Double in Beautiful Split Level Flat

Double room to rent in beautiful Victorian conversion top floor flat in Lee.

The kitchen is spacious and has a built in dish washer, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is plenty of storage space available.

The bathroom is modern, clean and comfortable with a bath and hand held shower.

There is also a shared snug room with a tv and two giant velvet beanbags, plants and candles.

The split level nature of the flat offers a lot of privacy to both tenants, and space to relax in a cosy living room and dining area. Both great for entertaining, should you wish!

A bit about me - I moved into the flat in June 2019 and I love it! I have previously lived with friends and also my sister and her boyfriend, so I'm used to living with females and males. I have a very busy schedule, working in central London in the weekdays. I'm often up early-ish to go to the gym before work, and will usually have a couple of mid-week plans and out for the majority of the weekend too. When I'm home, I love to cook, relax and watch tv!

A bit about the area - Lee station is less than a 10 minute walk away and the train goes to London Bridge in 15 minutes. Other stations towards Central London include Lewisham, New Cross, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. There are a number of buses that go towards Blackheath (less than 10 minutes) and Greenwich. In addition, there are buses towards Crystal Palace and Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington. There is a coop close by, and a big Sainsburys in walking distance. The pub opposite is great - friendly staff and delicious food! Towards the station there are other great pubs, often with live music, and restaurant options too.

What I'm hoping for in a flat mate - I am a very easy going and friendly person (I hope!) As I have a busy life and on the off chance I'm at the flat I love to chill out and relax. Cleanliness is key, I keep the flat really clean and tidy and hope that my future flat mate will respect the same.

There is a garden HOWEVER it'll be a big project to access it this summer. If someone is green fingered, I'm definitely up to take it on together but I need a bit of direction!
