The flat has fantastic double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge / dining area and a nice modern bathroom with a bath and a shower in the bath.
The flat is very homely, modern and comfortable and you will have anything you need.
The house is very quiet, you don't hear any neighbours and the block is looked after well.
It's only a 10 min walk to Lee rail station, which takes you into London Bridge in 12 - 15 min (direct connections into Cannon Street, London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross). There are also parking facilities on site or free parking on the road in front of the house.
Lovely Blackheath is around the corner with many shops and restaurants, cafes and the farmer's market every Saturday. Blackheath village is just by the Heath, leading further to beautiful Greenwich Park. Blackheath also has excellent train connections as an alternative to Lee station, if needed. Just in front of the house there is a bus (273) which takes you to Lewisham. Or you walk 3 min and take the 202 to Blackheath.
Shopping: There is a co-op and many other shops and restaurants by Lee station, lots of off-licences around and a big Sainsbury in Lee.
The bedroom is bright and new and it offers enough space (looks smaller on the pictures than it is.). There is a double bed (1.35 m) and a huge wardrobe, so you really don't have to worry about storage.
A gym just 3 min drive / 12 min walk away, in case you are interested. A gastro pub with a really nice garden is just across the road and the next shop is about 6 min walk away.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift :-) but tbh the stairs are not too bad.

A little bit about myself: I work from home and I travel quite regularly (when there is no lockdown). I go to the gym about 4 times per week (when there is no lockdown). I am quiet and I like my flat to be clean. you can ask me any questions when we have a chat.
