Lee Station is a 5 minute walk- trains go to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. There is also a bus stop just a few doors down. The bus to Blackheath and Greenwich Park takes about 5 minutes and Lewisham 15. Hither Green is about a 15 minute walk.

There are a couple of lovely independent restaurants around the corner- Cabrera steak house is fantastic and has great reviews. There are also breakfast/coffee places, a butcher and a co-op. If you walk a little further to Hither Green, there's some nice beer gardens and a chocolate and speciality beer shop/bar!

Furniture includes a double bed, two sofas, a breakfast bar and stools, TV stand and two chests of drawers, a tall lamp and a bedside lamp. There is built in storage in the bedroom. The bedroom has blinds and curtains, there are curtains in the living room, and a rug in both the living room and bedroom. In the kitchen there are various pots and pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery and a kettle. There is also a new oven and a washing machine.
A TV can be provided. The square table and chairs, pictures on the wall and ornaments shown in the photos are not included.

Electricity, water, gas, TV license and internet are included in the bills. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. You would need to arrange council tax payments if required (around £60 a month)
