Large double room in Lee

Hi, I’m Katie. I’m looking for a new flat mate to join me in my cosy flat in Lee. My current flat mate is moving before the end of our tenancy, so I need to find someone who’d like to take her spot 😂

The bedroom is a large double, with built in wardrobes and and closet. The room it’s self can be furnished or unfurnished in regards to bed, nightstand and desks at your own choice.
The flat has a small/ish kitchen, living room and separate toilet and shower. It’s a very airy flat with high ceilings and old fashioned fixtures. We have lived in the flat for about 6 months, so it’s still a bit of a blank canvas, so you’d be more than welcome to put your own stamp on things to make it your home too!
I’m looking for a long term flamate, who isn’t just someone I share a home with, but a friend too.

A little bit about me, I’m 23, just finishing my degree in education studies. I work in a nursery, so I’m pretty busy. I’m a bit of social butterfly, I enjoy going out and meeting new people, but I love my alone time to recharge ☺️
