It's a houseshare, so we each have our own bedroom and share rest of the house, including two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge, garden and recently a new conservatory, which is a great suntrap and will be great for drinks, dinners etc. All the usual stuff present, including washer/dryer, video/dvd, cable/freeview and wi-fi broadband. Houseshare means we all look after the house generally and our own rooms specifically (there will be a weekly cleaner). Basically, it's meant to run like a normal "family" arrangement, where everyone clears up after themselves & aims to get on with each other, like in a family. It's a "no smoking" house.

House is just three minutes walk away from Lee BR station (Zone 3). Also close to Blackheath and Hither Green BR stations - so very quick and easy for central London (London Bridge 15 mins, Waterloo & Charing Cross 20-25 mins). Also plenty of night buses back from Trafalgar Square. Locally, you've got Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away, plus Greenwich, Lewisham, Eltham, Bromley, Docklands and Bluewater close by. There's free parking available near the house.
