Kitchen has double oven, electric hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, Plenty of cupboards.

Bathroom shared between 2, bath and large shower.

All the bills are included, Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, Wifi, TV Licence (communal TV).

Communal areas are cleaned professionally every 2 weeks. You may like to have your own room cleaned for a small extra charge.

Gardener tends the garden when required.

Frequent trains run from Grove Park to London Bridge (13 mins), Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Bromley. If you work in Canary Wharf there are also trains to Lewisham for an easy change to the DLR. Local shops nearby or a short bus ride will take you to a large Sainsburys in Lee. There are also buses to take you from the front door to Lee, Lewisham, Blackheath, Greenwich and Bromley.
