About the area: Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Only ten minutes walk to Lee and Grove Park stations. Five minutes on buses which regularly pass these stations. 15 minutes on trains to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Charing cross, Cannon street and Waterloo East stations. A short bus ride to Lewisham centre for DLR and trains to Victoria etc. Also ten mins bus ride to Bromley centre for shops, restaurants, bars and parks.
What is included: all bills, council tax, broadband, utilities.
