I am looking to rent out my spare room from March the 9th onwards . I don't mind if you are looking for short term or long term. I work full time and tend to be home from round 7pm onwards if I am not out.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bills are included and there is a cleaner that comes twice a month. I have broadband and sky which is included in the price.
