Nice room near Lewisham Station

We are looking for a flatmate for our 2 bed room flat near to Lewisham Station. This is a very nice and clean flat which is just 10-12 min walking distance from Lewisham Station, 3 Min walking to LIDL and 8 min walk to Lewisham Shopping centre, Sainsburry’s, GYM and 24hrs Tesco. Approximately, 15 min to central London (London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Victoria, Cannon Street, Canary Wharf) from Lewisham Station. Also, there are lots of Night buses available here (N47, N136, 321, 108, N21, N89, N199).

You will be sharing with one professional couple who works in central London. We like neat, clean, quiet flat and we are looking for someone who has the same nature (sorry no parties please).

The room comes fully furnished, and includes a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The flat has high-speed broadband, also it has free hot water and some free heating which makes the bill very low (Just want to clarify, gas and electricity are not included which is approximately £30 PCM).
