The apartment is located directly opposite Lewisham Station with DLR services to Greenwich in 5 minutes, Canary Wharf in 10 minutes and Bank Station in 25 minutes. Plus, trains to London Bridge in 10 minutes, Cannon Street in 20 minutes, Waterloo East and Charing Cross in 20-25 minutes.

The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower over bath tub and an open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has built in Bosch appliances including; ceramic hobs, large fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Bosch washing machine operates as a dryer too. Plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, oven trays, pots etc. available for share.

Supermarkets and shops are nearby, library, post office, multiple gyms, leisure centre and the shopping mall/market are all just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Move in date can be flexible, i’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate - no parties, large gatherings or guest overnight stays!

I am an easy going, clean, tidy and a friendly individual. I work mon-fri, from home and I spend most of my weekends with my 9 year old and coaching a children’s football team.
