Hi there! I'm subletting my room for a short period, 1st to 15th of June (dates can be a bit flexible).
The house is situated only 7 minutes walking from both Elverson Road Station (DLR) and Lewisham Station (DLR & trains), close to Lewisham Center, shopping center and other shops and only 5min walking from a big Tesco's.
About the house:
There are 4 bedrooms in the house and you'll be taken one of them. 2 bathrooms, downstairs (toilet) and upstairs with shower/bathtub, 1 studio room (you are welcome to use it as my room doesn't have a desk space), 1 big living room with open kitchen and dining table, 1 cosy conservatory (we get nice sunset views), 1 jungle/garden (yep, there's still a lot to work on in there) but hey! It has a bbq!
You'll be sharing with 3 lovely people, 2 English girls, and 1 Brazilian guy and also with our beloved cat, Benito, (sorry for the allergic ones) he likes to hang around but also spends a lot of time outside.
About the room: It has a double bed, closet, shelving space and other things you can see in the pictures, I'll remove most of my stuff so you can feel you are in your own room :)
