Hi, sadly my friend Abi is moving away and I’m looking for a new flat mate.

I’m 28, relaxed, tidy and enjoy the place feeling homely. I’m looking for someone similar who is friendly and enjoys relaxing in the week (maybe a cheeky wine and Netflix). I love cooking and baking and fortunately we have a dishwasher which makes me love it more :)

The move in date is also flexible, as the room is currently not being used. Message me with any questions or to come round for a chat to view the place.

About the flat:
The flat is new, spacious, modern and minutes from the station which is a great bonus in the morning (reduces the commute). It includes an open plan kitchen and living room and private balcony (which is great for a glass of wine in the summer). We also have plenty of storage space and a concierge which is handy to collect parcels etc... when you’re out.

About your room and bathroom:
It’s a very good size double room (12 square metres). It comes with a comfortable double bed, two bed side tables, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room has a lovely (almost) ceiling to floor window with a great view and gets a lot of lovely natural light. There is a good blind so you are not woken up too early!

Directly opposite the bedroom is a good sized private bathroom which will be for your use exclusively (2bed, 2bath flat).

The tenancy agreement:
You’ll be formally replacing Abi on the tenancy, but they’re flexible about replacing people or termination is anytime with 2 months notice.

The location:
Lewisham is a very convenient and well connected place to live.

There is a large shopping centre and high street within a few minutes walk. There are several good restaurants and pubs within ten minutes walk. A pizza place has also just opened under the building.

We are also very close to Greenwich and Blackheath with their lovely parks and villages. Deptford, New Cross and Brockley are also very close by and have some really great drinking and dining options. Peckham is also reached easily with its excellent dining and nightlife.

Transport:
As mentioned the flat is next to the train station which has great and very frequent connections to:
London Bridge - around 10 mins
Charing Cross - around 17 mins
Victoria - around 20 mins
Peckham Rye - around 10 mins

We are also next to the DLR with trains every 5 mins to:
Canary Wharf - 16 mins
Bank - 27 mins
Deptford - 3 mins
Greenwich - 5 mins
Stratford - 30 mins

Supermarkets
Large Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s (all within 5 mins walk)
Very good Marks and Spencer food hall (5 mins walk)
Lidl (10 mins walk)

There is a leisure centre with pool and gym opposite the flat. There are two other budget gyms which are a 5/10 minute walk and a yoga studio.
