1 Amazing double-room to rent in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of Lewisham and St Johns stations (and a 3 minute walk to Brockley Market).
The New Cross gate is 10 min away (By Bus) and the DLR is at Lewisham station.
Bills are £100.

The room is the master bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers . It also has a desk. The bed can be turned around to have more space in the room.

We are in Zone 2 and have very good connections to Canary Wharf (via DLR), Victoria, London Bridge, Waterloo, Cannon Street and Charing Cross (via National Rail) and Shoreditch, Dalston, Highbury & Islington (via Overground from New Cross Gate).

Around the area there are:
- Parks
- Multiple gyms
- a big Asda
- Tesco
- Sainsbury's
- A few cafes
- A peruvian restaurant
- Italian cafe
- Lewisham Shopping Centre
- Brockley Market
- fast food shops
and even a swimming pool :)

The house has :
- a massive living room with a dining area
- a big kitchen with washing machine and dryer, as well as a dish washer (yay) and many more things
- a decent size garden (BBQers welcome)
- 1 bathroom

We are a married couple and we have a little puppy Sunny who is a cavachon (see pics), she is calm, doesn't shed (so no fur everywhere and no allergies), doesn't bark, loves occasional cuddles and staring out of the window (We checked, she is not a cat).

We are both self-employed and working in music and films.

For someone who respects everyone else's privacy and private space and understands that we occasionally socialise but live our own lives as well. For someone who will care about the house, who is chill and fairly responsible.

We don't have much storage space available, so we are ideally looking for someone who doesn't have too much stuff to bring.
