This is a very spacious house (2200 sq ft) to share between only 3 tenants.

Close to transport - roughly equidistant from Lewisham DLR, Ladywell, and Hither Green stations. The walk to each is between 8 and 12 minutes.

1 min walk to Lewisham high street, and local GP surgery.

It is nominally a 5 bed 2 bath property, but is currently arranged to have 3 double bedrooms, 1 small office and 1 large office space to share - to offer the perfect environment for professionals, whether you choose to work from home, or commute.

Each room let is entitled to a half share of the large office space - which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is a shared printer, scanner and fax, and very fast full strength wi-fi broadband access throughout the property.

In addition to these rooms there is also:
- a large kitchen/diner area;
- a small break-out room / gym, currently equipped with free weights, workout bench, yoga mat, and exercise cycle;
- A patio and garden.

Note - there are 2 cats in the household. If you are allergic to, or don't like cats, this house will not suit you.

Broadband is included. The other utility bills will be shared 3 ways. Couples will count as 1.5 for bill share.

In addition to utilities there is a bi-weekly cleaning service @ £45 per visit to share.

The property also benefits from Sky and Netflix subscriptions. Participation and sharing these is on voluntary basis. No extra cost if TV is not your thing.
