King size room 2 bed flat w terrace Lewisham

I’m renting out my own bedroom in my lovely two bed flat in Lewisham and looking for someone to move in ASAP. This is just a short term let max 4 months. The bedroom is furnished with king sized bed and mattress, bedside table, two chests of drawers, dressing table and two spacious wardrobes.. There is one other person living in the flat in the second bedroom, my sister Jeanie who is 23 year old recent graduate working at the Tate modern. She is very friendly clean and respectful, and you’ll meet her if you have a viewing! You will share the bathroom, living / kitchen / dining area with her but the roof terrace will be solely yours- French doors in your bedroom open up to a large roof terrace with garden furniture.. It’s lovely in the summer and useful for anyone who smokes or has a dog (there is a dog flap installed in the French doors as I myself have a shih tzu!). The flat is a ten minute walk from Ladywell station where you can get a direct train to London Bridge in ten minutes, Waterloo, Charing Cross etc and a 14 minute walk to Lewisham station where you can get the same plus the DLR. There’s also a bus on the doorstep that takes you to Lewisham station if you don’t want to walk and there are a multitude of buses that will take you anywhere in London on the doorstep.
