Small Double room available in quiet area of Lewisham, just behind the high street in SE136QT and a 5 minute walk to Lewisham Park.
Room is in a 2 first floor two bedroom flat, sharing with one female professional of 31 years old and my tiny, hilarious and adorable (housetrained and hypoallergenic) shih tzu Buffy. I work full time so my dog will be left at home during the day until 4:30 when I get back.
I’m looking for someone to stay from around 1st March 2022; I’m open to both short and long term lets, so please get in touch and let me know if interested! Can also be fairly flexible on move in date too! The only thing I would mention is the room is clean and bright with a big window but it’s very small with just a double bed and one wardrobe, so if you need a lot of space it might not be right for you!
The flat is a ten minute walk to Ladywell or Lewisham station where you can get to London Bridge in ten minutes, plus many buses on the doorstep and a convenience store just next door. Ideal for anyone working at Lewisham hospita as it a just a short walk away.
Any questions, please feel free to get in touch!
Thank you!
