Large Double Room in Quiet Townhouse - Lewisham

Me and my flatmate Zoe are looking for a lodger for the third spacious double bedroom in this lovely townhouse.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and mattress and built-in wardrobes for lots of storage. There are two shared bathrooms - with one of them having a bath and shower. We had a new kitchen installed early this year which also leads into the back garden. There's a nice patio where you can eat and drink coffee while watching the birds in the big crab apple tree.

There's a study which the tenant would have equal access to. Me and Zoe don't tend to work from home so the study is normally free and could be good for someone that works from home (if working from home there could be an extra charge to cover higher heating costs in winter). We also have a living room for relaxing and chilling.

The house is in a great location for transport links. It's 12 minutes walk to Hither Green Station, 14 minutes walk to Lewisham Station, and 15 minutes walk to Ladywell Station. You have access to all the buses on Lewisham High Street which is 5 minutes walk, along with Lewisham fruit and vegetable market which is open 6 days a week.

It's a relatively quiet household. Zoe is an art curator who likes to weave and I like to cook, read and am out of the house a lot. We enjoy socialising over meals but it's quite an independent house due to external commitments but would definitely enjoy sharing coffees, brunches and dinners when possible.

We have a cat called Layla who loves to find the comfiest napping spots to plonk herself in though if you would understandably prefer her not to you can just shut the door.
