THE HOUSE AND ROOM
It's a 1930s semi-detached (which means larger rooms than pokey Victorians), with eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom (which will basically only be used by you), separate downstairs toilet and paved back garden…. Basically everything you would expect in a house and more – nespresso machine, wine fridge, 2 ovens, underfloor heating in the bathroom, soft-water filtration, gas barbeque, and outdoor setting.

I am relatively house proud, and looking for someone (single occupancy) who wants to live in a nice space (need to update some photos as redecorated/refreshed during lockdown).

All bills included (other than use of landline/phone), which include broadband, Netflix, and Amzon Prime plus normal channels (plus can arrange a regular cleaner).

The room is at the front of the property and is fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside tables/cabinets.

You will be sharing the house with myself (home-owner). This room is being rented on a MONDAY to FRIDAY basis, for sole occupant.

CONNECTIONS AND AREA
If you are looking at the advert, you are likely to know something of the location...

The house is only 7 minutes’ walk to Ladywell Station, but Lewisham Station, a 10 minute walk and within Zone 2 is a hub with more lines running through it (e. g. Victoria, Charing Cross and Cannon Street), plus there is the DLR.

Greenwich, Brockley, Blackheath, New Cross are all minutes away via bus or train, and within pleasant walking distance... which includes some lovely parks and walking paths.

THE FINE PRINT
The rent of GBP 600 per calendar month is to be paid one month in advance. All bills are included, so makes it easier for you budget.

Deposit of GBP 600, however happy to negotiate suitable security deposit.
