Lovely, bright, large double room in large house

The bright and airy double room is available in a quiet residential area. Two double glazed windows and huge storage space and a hanger rack so you can have quite a lot of space to use. Conservatory and the garden are the best features in the house. Sun bathing and BBQ in summer and bon fire in winter! Share the bathroom with just one person as we have an ensuite in our room. Broadband is the highest bandwidth available in the UK (Virgin Fibre 500). It is included as part of the bills.

Transport links are amazing. 10 mins walk to Lewisham station and just one stop to London Bridge and 15 mins train ride to Charing cross. You can have essy access to the central London from there.
5 mins walk to St John's and 10 mins walk to Ladywell station. Great bus links to Peckham, Deptford, New Cross and Catford. You'll be surprised at how covinient it is to live in Lewisham. What I like here is I can wake up with birds singing in the morning and access to my work place near Charing Cross door to door in about 45 mins! As you can see in the video, the garden is massive and there is no houses opposite and right side (it is semi detached house) so it is very private. And there are many trees so when I see the garden from the window, we don't feel like we live in Zone 2!

Also Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer are within 10mins walking distance. If you go to Lewisham shopping centre and market, you can get everything! There is Brockley Market nearby, a local market once every week in the car park of Lewisham college which is 5 mins walk from here, you can get local, organic food, fruits and vegetables.

I'm originally from Japan and work in retail. My husband is a Web developer and we have 6 year old girl (well behaved!)
And we have Croatian guy who does an acting and teaching jobs. So currently there are three adults and one child. We all are busy working but we enjoy interaction in communal areas.
