Hi guys, I have a large double room is available in a 2 bed shared flat. The flat has a shared kitchen, double glazing, central heating and is warm in the winter. The room has a double bed and some bedroom storage. The flat also has a garden and outdoor space which smokers could use and is also a nice spot to relax during the summer and all the hot and sunny weather we have been having!.

The flat is in a good location in a quiet and residential part of Lewisham, near Greenwich Park, and just over 10 minutes walk from Lewisham High Street which has a busy market and shopping centre, two 24 hour gyms, as well as being close to numerous bus routes taking you into the city or around South London.

I am a quiet and easy going gay guy that works as a chef in South London who has lived here for over 6 years comfortably. I work Monday to Friday and enjoy going to the gym but also likes time to socialise either at home or the odd night out. I am ideally looking for a professional gay guy preferably who wants to make this place a home and doesn't mind giving me a hand to keep our place and garden neat and tidy.
