Large double room available for single or a couple in the Bakers arms area of Leyton. Lower ground double room comes furnished with a new King size mattress and new Ottoman bed. New bed will be added into room when you move in. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and table as seen in the photos along with a bookshelf if you want it . The room is freshly painted and floor has been re-polished. The room comes with your own private shower and toilet located off the living room. There is a large shared bathroom upstairs with a bath tub which you are also free to use. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and new washing machine. Utensils are currently shared with room to bring your own if you wish. There is a well maintained garden with patio and furniture and shed.
You will be sharing the house with 1 male and 1 female. We have got also room under the stairs to storage you luggages or anything you want.
There is also a small box room upstairs which can be used for visitors to stay upon request.

Located in just 2 minutes from Bakers Arms, the area has a Tesco, Iceland, Savers, pubs and restaurants and more. Situated between Leyton Station {Central line} 15 minutes away, and Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and London overground) 10 minutes away. With buses 2 minutes away on the 48, 55, 56 routes to Central London.

If you prefer something more quiet and peaceful, we are within walking distance to Hollow Ponds and Epping forest, and a short bus ride to Leyton Marshes and Lea Valley.

Rent is £800 a month which includes council tax, gas, electric and fibre broadband internet. The only bill not included is the water bill once a year which is estimated at £70 each. The rent is due by the 3rd every month and the room is available from 5th September.
