I have just finished the refurbishment of my two bedroom ground floor Abrahams flat in Leyton. The property is minutes from Francis roads shops, cafes and bars, the area and street is both quiet and feels quite village like, and yet is only a 7-8 minute walk to hustle of Leyton High Street, the central line and the city.

The spare bedroom has just been finished and everything is brand new, with a very comfortable memory-foam mattress, soft carpet and furnishings. The bed has additional storage underneath and the room is very light and calm.

I work in Liverpool Street in Tech, enjoy having my own property, cooking and relaxing in the evening. I am looking for someone to share the space with on a Monday to Friday and hope that they enjoy being here as much as me. It's perfect for someone working in an easily accessible spot from the central line, and provides a comfortable quiet place to relax after a long days work. I have a garden, although I haven't started on that yet so it's best described as wild.
