2 big double rooms in Leyton 5 mins from tube.

Hi all,

We have 2 big double rooms for rent in Leyton just off the high street. Very close to Sainburys. Leyton tube station on the central line is a 5 minute walk away.

The area has lovely parks and is close to Francis Road which has boutique shops and cafes. Stratford, Westfield and the Olympic Park are close by. Leyton High Rd has some great bars for live music and pub quizzes.

We have a large living room and kitchen area. 2 Fridge/Freezers, microwave, mod cons, gas cooker and plenty of storage space for food.

A Utility room with washing machine leading into the second toilet and shower room.

There is a lockable side entrance for bike storage and a large shed with a good sized garden for summer barbecues.

You will be living with myself (Manny), Wendy and Jim. I work as a technician and tutor at University of the Arts. My interests are cycling, keeping fit, music and outdoor life. I Also enjoy a bit of gardening too. Wendy works for Royal Mail and is studying a part time counselling course. She occasionally gets out her fire hula hoop and bike (not at the same time) and likes traveling and meeting new cultures.

Jim works in a bookshop and is a keen writer.

We have the occasional drink and enjoy going out to bars/music gigs for nights out.

We are friendly, chilled and relaxed people who at times share meals and help keep the place clean and tidy. Always up for a good talk but also appreciate people's privacy.

Looking for a sociable, but relaxed person who wants to help make this house a home.
