Double room sublet in Leyton

This is an advert for a short term sublet while I'm away with work for 3 months (15th November 2019 - 1st March 2020) . The room is a lovely double on the top floor of a shared house, with a newly renovated shared bathroom (shared between this room and one other, with a second shared bathroom on the floor below). The room is also newly renovated, with lots of built-in storage and a sloping ceiling with large velux window, giving lots of natural light (but also with a very effective blackout blind). The room is furnished with a new bed and mattress (1 year old), as well as a floor-standing shelving unit, bedside table and full-length mirror.

The house itself is very spacious with four bedrooms split across two floors, two shared bathrooms and a separate study/office space. On the ground floor there is a good sized fully-fitted kitchen, with separate dining room and a separate living room furnished with a sofa and large TV. There is also a medium-sized garden with a hammock and barbecue.

The house is shared with three other friendly young professionals aged 25-29, all working and/or studying in some capacity in the arts. The house is very sociable and other housemates are home most evenings to cook dinner, watch films/tv/play video games, or just hang out, but also respect each others' space and quiet as sometimes people work early in the morning or until late at night. The house is kept pretty clean and tidy ourselves, but we do hire a cleaner every 6 weeks or so just to properly clean the communal spaces such as the kitchen/bathrooms.

The area is very residential, and well away from any main roads so there is minimal traffic noise throughout the day and night. There is a bus stop less than five mins walk away where you can get a bus to Stratford (~15 mins bus ride), or you can walk to either Leytonstone High Road (Overground, ~10mins), Leyton (Central line, ~15 mins walk or short bus ride) or Leytonstone (Central line, ~15 mins walk or short bus ride) so it is well connected to the rest of London. Nearby there are a number of good restaurants and pubs, especially towards Leytonstone on the High Road.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can take the room for the full three months, and someone who is relaxed, tidy-ish, and sociable. Students are welcome, and the price of the room is with all bills included (council tax, internet, water, heating, TV licence).
