Bedroom - . Good sized bedroom with plenty of space. Fully furnished with built in wardrobe and chest of draws for comfortable storage.

House - Double rooms in 5 bedroom house share. Regular bills all included (internet, electricity/gas, water council tax and Sky TV - movies & sport). Large shared kitchen and lounge with garden/patio for summer bbqs. Cleaner comes round once per week and share the cost.

Transport - 8 mins walk from Leyton tube station (central line). Good transport links via Stratford (20 mins walk or 1 stop on central line). Close to Hackney Wick and Walthamstow Village.

Occupants - 4 males, aged between 21 and 29. All work in professional jobs in and around London Monday-Friday. Relaxed, friendly house with a particular shared interest in sports. 1 of the landlords lives in the property and we are looking for a similar personality to join the group.

Local amenities - Tesco express 30 seconds walk, cafes/pubs and other shops a minute or two away

Viewing - video call viewing available, but preference is in person wearing gloves and a facemask.
