Large Double Room & Bathroom

Renting a large double room with bathroom, within a ground floor apartment with garden.

I am a live-in landlord so would like to find someone I can share my home with. I tend to keep to myself as I have everything in my room & office, but also occasionally enjoy each other’s company have a chill. You are welcome to make use of the shared area as much as you like! Unfortunately, I had a previous bad experience with a tenant which caused me a lot of stress/issues so it is super important I can find someone trustworthy & respectful of myself & my home. References required.

I plan to go NOMAD in the New Year so there will be periods of time you will have the place all to yourself & I just check back in every now & then, hence why the price is a bit higher as for a while you’ll technically have the apartment/garden to yourself or maybe even long-term depending how things go. So, if you are happy or comfortable with this.

You would also being living with my people-loving little Pomeranian dog, who everyone falls in love with & has a funny little personality. She’s well trained (does not bark or cause disturbance) and gets on with her own business but also loves a little cuddle/play from time to time. Other pets welcome if they get along well with my doggy.

I tend to be quite busy with work (currently working from home/remote) and tend to be a bit of a hermit Mon-Fri, however weekends and occasional weekday evenings I like to go out & socialise or DJ. I LOVE all things (extra brownie points if you are into…) MUSIC, spirituality, travelling, anything creative/crafts, meditation, yoga etc. I like to think of my home as a place of peace surrounded by nature :)

Your room will be furnished with: bed, triple wardrobe, extra storage & desk/dressing table. Tenant has use of your own large bathroom opposite your room with bath and shower.

There will be a shared living room area with TV/sofa and kitchen/dining area for dinner. The property also includes a garden which surrounds all the rooms in the property, for easy access much needed convenient outside space!

The property backs onto a lovely local park which is nice for little walk, lots of nature or to meet friends and sit outside, there is also an outside workout equipment area, basketball and football courts and outside theatre space.

- 10min walk to Leyton tube station, 1 stop to Stratford or only 4 stops to Liverpool Street and easy access to many other areas
- Lots of local shops, pubs and markets
- Walking distance to Stratford and trendy Hackney Wick

I am looking for someone to move in from early Dec to early Jan. I have a preference for SHORT-TERM lets and Mon-Fri stays. No couples. Parking available for additional £100
