Bills are pay as you go and we split between the 5 of us which is usually around £15 each in the summer and £30 each in the winter per month!
We also split wifi costs which is £6.60 per month!
Ideally looking for someone who can stay with us for at least a year.
We are currently 4 creative girls studying art at university. We are between the ages of 19 and 22.
We are outgoing, love to go for a drink but also down for chilled nights in with the occasional house dinner together.
This room is my room and is available as one of our housemates has sadly just had to move out and I am taking over her room.
It comes furnished with the bed and chest of drawers but I can leave my tv wall mount and clothing rail in the room for you if you need those:)
There’s also a big dining room table to do work on, there’s 2 shared bathrooms and one of the girls has an en-suite
There’s a garden and a spacious kitchen/living area
We are ideally looking for someone who will be more of our friend than just a housemate and will join in on the fun:)
