Short term let - single room in Leyton

I’m a 32-year-old female looking for a tidy, easy-going flatmate for a short-term let (February–April) with the possibility to extend. The flat is in Leyton, a short walk from both Leyton and Leytonstone stations and close to Francis Road.

The Room is furnished with an oversized single bed and built-in storage. The flat has a large shared living room and a separate kitchen and private garden. There is a desk in the living room if you need to work from home (I rarely work from home).

I also have a very friendly cat called Ringo who loves a cuddle on the sofa.
