Hi, I'm looking for a housemate in my 5 bedroomed house in Leytonstone. I am offering a large double bedroom with your own bathroom. There are two large sittingrooms, and a large kitchen diner. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large hob, oven etc and even a special wine cooler!

About us - I work in Canary Wharf four days a week and am back in my home in York most weekends. I currently have one housemate who has been here for eighteen months; she has a cat so any potential housemate needs to be cat friendly. We keep the house clean and tidy (a cleaner comes regularly) so that it's a place you want to come home to.

About you - you are a sociable person who will want to have have a drink/meal with your housemates from time to time but also happy to do your own thing. You are responsible and respectful of the property and your fellow housemates. No smokers or vapers please.

The house has recently been extended and redecorated. The garden is currently being upgraded and will be a relaxing outside space when finished. The area is a really great base for work in the City or Docklands. The tube station is 5 minutes walk away. It's 5 minutes to Stratford, 12 mins to Liverpool St, 25 mins to the West End and the Central Line runs all night at the weekend so great for going out.

Leytonstone is a really nice area with great cafes, an artisan baker, several nice pubs and good access to Wanstead Flats and other green spaces. There is a huge Tesco within walking distance as well as lots of local shops. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet for London.

Parking on street is available with a permit from the council if you have a car. There is space in the house for a bicycle if you have one.
