Hello, i have a large double room available(private letting) in a nice, clean, quiet and friendly house close to:
-bus stations (1min away)
-tube (Central line Leytonstone Underground) 5-7min walk
-overground (Leytonstone station) 1min away
-shops 1-2 min walk

-tesco extra 10-15min walk
-pubs and restaurants that are just a few min walking distance.
-Westfield stratford is only 2 tube stations away or 10 min with a car

-it is quite a nice area with friendly neighbours

The room comes with a large wardrobe(the one with the mirror door), a white cupbpard with 3 drawers, double bed with mattress and 2 nightstands(only if needed).
The house also has a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a small garden.
-High speed internet included in the price
All bills are included in the rent price and everyone in the house is friendly and helpful. Looking for a nice, professional person to occupy this room. The room is available to move in from 20/01 and is for 1 person to occupy. If you have more questions dont hesitate to message or call me.

-there is on street parking available but it is restricted for resident permit holders between 10:00-14:00 from Monday to Friday. This can be applied for on the waltham forest council website.

-There is a cleaner for all the common areas in the house coming weekly also included in the price
