We need a third flatmate to join our lovely house for September!

The room is a semi-furnished double room in a lovely terraced house. We've furnished the rest of the house ourselves so your room will only need a few finishing touches.

The rest of the house consists of:
– shared living room
– kitchen/dining room
– garden
– bathroom with bath/shower
– three bedrooms total
– a shared office*

*We currently share the office between the two of us as we work from home a lot, but if you'd like a desk in here too that's totally possible! It would just increase your rent to £545

Your room will include a:
– bedframe (no mattress)
– wardrobe
– bedside table
– we also have an extra ikea shelving unit from the office we can put in the room if you'd prefer.

The matress in the photos is the spare single we use for guests. You're more than welcome to use it while you get settled!

Bills will be around £100 per month and we will need you to join the one year contract with us. This contract begins 10th September, but the room is available to move in immediately.

A little about your future housemates

We are Mia and Josh, two pals who have been living together for around 8 years now. It's safe to say we're pretty chill and low key, but keen to get someone in who can gel into house as a third friend, rather than a 'renter'.

As we're both designers, the location of this place is great for us since the transport links are fab for getting about to our different locations.

The pubs in the area are some of our favourite haunts and the railway arches 2minutes walk away are opening a deli and wine bar - perfect for rolling home.
