The room is suitable for an organised independent non smoking female professional with high standards of general house keeping. Minimum stay is three months.

Good location. Five minutes walk to overground transport and buses, eight-ten minutes walk to central line underground and library. Five minutes walk to shops and to Leytonstone leisure centre with swimming pool. Twenty minutes walk or five-ten minutes bicycle ride to Epping Forest parks and beautiful open green spaces, westfield shopping centre and olympics sports areas, restaurants, theatre and cinema.
