Furnished double looking out onto Wanstead flats

A lovely, peaceful, three bedded house with a decently sized double that looks out onto Wanstead flats (Beaut!). Room comes with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. House is slightly hidden from the main road down a little alley way (with a cute community book exchange box), has a front courtyard/back patio area and our back door opens up onto the flats... 😍💚

Current housemates, both ladies - one an illustrator who works from home and been here for 3 years, other housemate works for cancer research currently working from home, but might be returning to her office soon (🤷‍♀️ with covid!) moved in this year. Defo not a party house and we don't really hang out together, but everyone's friendly, approachable and up for a chat when each other are around.

Loads of space for kitchen things and a large fridge freezer that will be shared between you and one other housemate. Lounge is a bit bare, but gives you room to make it as homely as you like! House clean and tidy, no issues with washing up and what not.

All bills included in price - including toilet roll/washing up liquid/cleaning products, aaaaand most importantly GOOD INTERNET. All bills go into one account so if there's leftover money post bill payments we can easily split :)

The location is WONDERFUL. 5 min walk from Leytonstone High road (overground) and 15min walk to Leytonstone tube (Central line - gets you central pretty darn quick or to Stratford where there's lots of connections).
