The house is located near Wanstead flats and Epping forest. There is a Park run on the flats every Saturday if you are interested. The street is quiet and safe. The house share would suit a clean, easy going professional. Landlord does not live in.
The house is 10 minutes walk to the underground station and just 2-3 minutes to Leytonstone overground station with regular buses to Stratford.
